Distinct Golden Services (Pvt) Ltd is a professional services firm registered in Zimbabwe offering Audit, Tax, Outsourcing and Financial Advisory Services to a range of clients with different needs. Our services are tailor-made for organizations with varied requirements. We aim to do this by leveraging user friendly software, a professional team of well qualified Accountants, Audit, Tax & Finance professionals, possessing invaluable and extensive industry experience with adequate hands-on experience on computerized Finance & Accountancy.

Our knowledge and experience

Our highly qualified personnel have a vast amount of experience in their respective fields, going back to 2010. Our team includes three qualified professional accountants, as well as two registered public accountants.

How We Operate

Our systems and procedures

We place a strong emphasis on the most efficient IT systems. We have all the latest industry-related software. We use an imported practice management system to ensure quality and compliance, and effective communication with our clients. We report monthly to help our clients make informed decisions.

Our Fees

Our fees are generally based on time put in during the course of the assignments and the level of responsibility we carry while presenting reports to the appointing authority. The fees usually proposed are competitive but realistic, designed to ensure that there is no compromise in either the quality of audit opinion or client service received. If fee expectations are different, we will be happy to work with you in identifying a mutually acceptable way of meeting them.

Any information pertaining to the operations of your organization will be held in the strictest confidence. We require strict adherence by all our staff to the ethical rules of our profession. In all respects of our practice, the firm and its employees maintain strict confidentiality towards information obtained while carrying out our professional duties. In addition, the firm and its people maintain complete independence of interest and mental attitude in relationships with clients.
